  • If you are not happy with the product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. (We will provide a free return label)

*Note: To secure the full credit, the return items must be in the original packaging condition (unused or unopened). If the products are opened or used, we still accept the return with 20% fee which will be deducted to your refund. 

Please be aware that the original shipping fee, if applicable, cannot be refunded unless there are issues caused by our company, such as sending wrong items, expired or defective products.

RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL

Please send us a request: either chat on the website or email to: support@asianauthentic.com with Your Order Number, Full Name, and the Reasons you would like to return.

One of our staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please do not return the items without our authorization. 

We’ll send you an email with a return label within 24 hours and you just stick it on the package and drop off at any USPS locations.

Note: Please include the original packing slip inside your return package

All products must be returned in unused, unwashed, unopened and in the original condition to ensure full refund.

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned product, you can expect a refund in the original payment that you used to make the purchase.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please kindly email our Customer Service Representative at support@asianauthentic.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number from your original confirmation e-mail to the Representative. Your e-mail address and phone number will also be required by the Representative.
