SHIPPING PROCESS
All Asian Authentic products are shipped from Fountain Valley, CA.
Asian Authentic package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Please check your tracking number which we send to you via the email your provide when placing an order. For some reason, you haven’t received shipping email or tracking number does not update after 7 business days since your order is placed, please kindly email us at support@asianauthentic.com We will response within 24 hours.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Asianauthentic.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
TRACK ORDER
To track your order, please click here and enter your order ID number and billing email. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.
